Employer Branding Film

Apply to your applicants

Today, people interested in a job inform themselves intensively about a company before they even apply. A lively self-portrayal with authentic photos & videos therefore helps you to get more and better applications.   An employer branding video allows your potential applicants to get a little taste of your company. Therefore, the video should be honest and authentic. Soft factors such as the working atmosphere, the interaction in the team, the work-life balance can be perfectly presented here.   I am very good at dealing with people, can take away their fear of the camera and get them to talk honestly about themselves and their company in a relaxed conversation. Because a successful video stands and falls with your most important asset – your employees.

My process

Every project is tailored to your needs. After all, you are not looking for just any employees, but those who fit you exactly.

(1) Let’s talk

Do you want to present a company portrait or rather individual departments? Do you have one location or many? Do you need photos? Do we just stay inside or go big with drone shots? Do we just let the employees speak or do we tell another story around them?

To help you plan better, I have attractive packages that I will be happy to send you. At the end, we’ll see if the offer fits your budget. If it doesn’t, we’ll just do another loop.

(2) Pre-

Production

The selection of employees is the be-all and end-all of a successful production. Potential candidates get to know your company by talking to them. We look for employees who are camera-savvy, who can talk off the cuff and who ideally come from the target group in which you have the greatest recruiting needs.

Since time is always tight on the day of the shoot, we should determine the locations for the interviews and mood pictures in advance. Preferably during a personal location visit. If that’s not possible, you can also do the coordination with photos.

(3) Shooting

Everything agreed upon? Great. Here we go at last. But don’t worry. We don’t come with three trucks, but with a lean team. This allows us to change locations quickly and flexibly without unnecessarily disrupting your production processes and still take beautiful pictures.

I like to shoot the interviews in one piece at the beginning of the shoot, then they become more concentrated and are of one piece. Once that’s in the can, we can devote ourselves to the great pictures from your company.

(4) Post-Production

Misspoken 10 times? No problem. In post, we cut out all the takes where something didn’t work out. The main thing is that we got the one good one.

Should the film run on LinkedIn or on Instagram? Depending on what you want, we’ll be happy to create all formats so that you can work with the film in the best possible way.

Depending on the size of the post, you will have the first version of your film 10 days after the shoot.
